3Shape A/S · København
(Senior) Product Creation Learning Partner – Maternity Cover (Minimum 12 Months)
Are you passionate about building change management and learning capabilities and fostering a learning culture at scale? Do you thrive when working with tools and processes, and are you naturally curious about finding new ways to use them? If so, you could be our Senior Product Creation Learning Partner during a maternity cover of at least 12 months.
At 3Shape, Product Creation is our term for R&D. It represents the organization responsible for developing and improving our products across hardware, software, engineering, and related product-development disciplines.
We are looking for an experienced learning partner to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover. In this role, you will build and embed a scalable capability framework that ensures Product Creation teams are equipped to work effectively across processes, tools, and ways of working.
During the maternity-cover period, you will use your stakeholder-engagement skills and your ability to align and influence across organizational levels and functions. You will combine these strengths with solid experience in building and maintaining training frameworks and structures that fit the organization’s needs.
You will be part of the Product Creation Excellence (PCE) team, which consists of around 10 people, all based in Denmark. Together, we enable Product Creation and adjacent functions across processes, training, tools, strategy, and transformation.
Core Responsibilities
Training framework & architecture
• Define the learning and capability framework and structures that support tool and process adoption, ways of working, and competence building: Standardize how training is designed, deployed, and maintained (including anchoring structures, super-user and ambassador methodologies, communities of practice, learning journeys, etc.).
• Continuously improve and expand the learning and capability framework and plan for Product Creation in collaboration with the Product Creation team.
• Develop and anchor training: Enable and support the organization to own and deliver training locally where appropriate, while ensuring central support and training structures are available where needed.
Capability mapping and training roll-out
• Continuously map and prioritize training needs with stakeholders based on business needs, maturity across technical functions, necessity, and criticality.
• Define and drive rollout plans in collaboration with functional owners and/or the PCE team.
• Establish regular cadences for training areas and structures, ensuring an appropriate frequency of training events, reviews of training materials, trainer setup and coaching, and cycles for communities of practice and other learning environments.
Integration with business & transformation
• Ensure alignment with transformation initiatives and operating model changes.
• Support change management and the adoption of new practices.
Capability tracking & improvement
• Define and follow up on KPIs for capability building (e.g., adoption, proficiency, and coverage).
• Drive feedback loops and the continuous improvement of the training setup.
• Maintain an overview of capability gaps and critical skill needs.
This role may involve some travel.
Ideal profile:
For this role, we believe a good fit is someone who can bring:
• Experience in building learning frameworks in complex medical regulated R&D or technology organizations (including experience with different training and learning models, e.g., train-the-trainer, communities of practice, coaching, and online training).
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset. We depend on strong teamwork within the PCE team and across other teams and functions, so it is essential that you thrive when working with others to solve challenges and realize opportunities.
• An understanding of and/or interest in how different profiles learn, with the ability to balance technical tool training with soft skills such as leadership.
• Experience with change management and the large-scale rollout and/or adoption of new processes, preferably in a large R&D or other technical environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build bridges between technical and non-technical functions.
• The ability to drive adoption without formal authority.
