Part 145 Coordinator - Helicopter maintenance

Bel Air Aviation is a Danish-based offshore helicopter company with around 100 employees and operations in Esbjerg, Denmark and Den Helder, the Netherlands.\n\nAs a Part 145 Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance activities. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role also acts as Deputy Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of maintenance activities in the hangars, where approximately 25 technicians work on maintaining the helicopter fleet.\n\nKey responsibilities: Planning and coordinating all Part 145 base maintenance activities, ensuring availability of personnel, tools and materials, supporting production planning and certification flow, coordinating external maintenance activities, ensuring effective shift handovers, maintaining documentation and traceability, and monitoring performance and resource utilisation.\n\nYou bring relevant experience from helicopter or aircraft maintenance (required), solid knowledge of EASA Part 145 (required), strong administrative and organisational skills and experience working in an international environment.
