Marketing Assistant (FTC 12-months)

As our new Marketing Assistant you'll join the Brand & Marketing team based in Copenhagen for a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, working to build one of the strongest brands in the Nordics.

What will you do?

• Events & Activations

• Coordinate and execute marketing events such as our Founder Fridays, Lunar Ligaen Padel Sponsorship to Money 2020 – from planning, logistics, & designing merchandise/handout to final execution.

• Support everything from branded pop-ups to large-scale brand activations and community events.

• Marketing Support

• Handle ad hoc marketing tasks – like reaching out to potential partners, building presentations, and keeping track of plans and deliverables.

• Lead smaller campaign & media initiatives.

• Social Media

• Stay on top of what’s trending and help translate that into relevant and engaging content to support the promotion of our partnerships, events, and marketing campaigns.

• Support content production (copy, visuals, scheduling) on our platforms.

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience in a coordinator or assistant role, ideally with some exposure to events or marketing

• Hands-on experience planning and executing events, from logistics to final delivery

• A genuine interest in social media and emerging trends, with ideas for content creation

• Comfortable with tools like Canva, InVision, and Notion, and have used AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude in a strategic way

• A structured, proactive mindset – you take initiative, enjoy getting things done, and bring a sharp eye for detail
