BOLIA is an international Scandinavian design company creating contemporary furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories, part of Lars Larsen Group.\n\nAs CHRO, you will hold overall responsibility for BOLIAs global People & Development agenda. As a member of the Executive Management Team, you will work closely with the CEO, the Board of Directors and the rest of the organisation to develop and execute a people strategy that supports BOLIAs ambitious growth plans and international expansion.\n\nYour primary responsibilities: Define and execute BOLIAs global People & Development strategy, serve as a trusted strategic partner, drive recruitment and training for HQ positions and new market openings, strengthen BOLIAs unique culture and values, lead and develop the global People & Development function, and drive talent attraction, leadership development and succession initiatives.\n\nYou hold a relevant masters degree within human resources, organisational development or business economics, combined with substantial leadership experience from an international organisation, ideally retail, consumer goods or lifestyle.\n\nWorkplace: Aarhus.\n\nBOLIA collaborates with GML on this recruitment.
